A published author, educator and inspiring spirit with lots of empowering energy and knowledge! Lyn's purpose is two fold.  Sharing ancient woman's traditions to connect others to their body, intuition and magic of being a woman and  Teaching the art of relaxation, a way to using the restorative nervous system of our body to both men and woman.  She is a health and beauty mentor and available for private consultations.  Her passion includes wisdom  from many feminine practices of Egypt, Persian, India and other ancient cultures of woman,   Delighted by the Chinese and Indian traditions as well as herbs, plants and sound healing, an organic flower farmer, she uniquely incorporates it all in a playful, inspiring way to encourage others to be their magic selves.   Lyn has  found the greatest health and shift through embracing her innate feminine yin qualities of nurturing, expressing creativity and beauty, inspiring others, being playful and light, truly embracing the woman she naturally is. Sue Walski, DVM


I graduated from Michigan State University in 1981 and moved from my home state of Michigan to embark upon my new journey in Pennsylvania.
I started Meadowbrook Animal Hospital in 1987 as a conventional veterinary philosophy. As I explored alternative health care for myself in 1998
I added additional training for alternative care for small animals. Chiropractic Certification through AVCA(American Veterinary Chiropractic Assoc) 2000;
TCVM(Traditional Chinese Veterinary  Medicine) Acupuncture 2005; Reiki; K-Laser Therapy; Bach Flower Essences and currently studying Jin Shin Jyutsu. I am
well educated in Dog/Cat Nutrition through the use of Whole Food Supplements by Standard Process. In 2016 declared the name Meadowbrook Animal Healing
and use my additional training toward Holistic Health for the family pet. Classes will be directed toward helping pet owners understand how alternative healing
modalities will support there pets in over all health. Also introducing people and encouraging them to explore other  types of health care for themselves.

Tammy Westney


Tammy Westney, the Food Scientist, has had a life-long passion for cooking. This led her to pursue a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health. She has studied pathophysiology, biochemistry, herbal medicine, and culinary arts.
As the owner of Coffee Owl Nutrition LLC, located in Bucks County Pennsylvania, Tammy blends science and culinary arts. She teaches people the principles of creating food as medicine. She’s passionate about life cycle nutrition and enhancement of the microbiome.  Whether she’s throwing one of her themed parties, or finding a way to get her grandson to eat kale, she’s always cooking up something delicious and nutritious.
