Marie C. Higgins
Cardinal Touch began due to the body segment of the mind, body, spirit connection. In 2009, Marie left the business world to pursue a more balanced life. It led her to a career in massage where she learned about the care of muscles. But she also learned that the mind and spirit can not be separated from the body. This learning came from a combination of the teachings of others and also her journaling practice that began about the same time. From this realm of the body, mind and spirit, she learned how to live life more smoothly, with ease and faith. She has done this as a result of journaling in a way that asks God* what do I need to know? It has made all the difference. Most recently Marie wants to share the outcomes of this spiritual journaling practice with you and help you find or deepen your inner spirit wisdom. A copy of her most recent book, Sprouting Spiritual Growth" is available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. You may find her at www.CardinalTouch.net and cardinaltouch.blogspot.com. For massage services see the American Massage Therapy site at amta.org.

Wendy Sheahan started Paint in The Moment TM in 2015 after going through her own life changes. Knowing that healing and forgiveness needed to happen, She opened herself up to trusting the process. It was through meditation and art that healing began. It is in that moment when a person quiets their mind and allows their heart to open, that the vibrations start to settle around them. Wendy facilitates meditative painting workshops for others who want to let go and be in their own moment. It is not so much about the outcome of your piece, but the journey you take to get there. paintinthemoment.com
